Registration fees are in Canadian dollar, applicable tax not yet included. Registration fees include: Admission to the opening reception, coffee breaks on every full day of the conference and a copy of conference proceedings. Click Register Now button to register.

Registration Terms & Conditions /Cancellation Policy
- Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the correct payment is received
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ICCE by July 10st, 2023. Cancellations will be subject to a $250 admin fee. No refunds will be given after July 10st 2023.
- No Refund will be given for failure to attend, visa refusal, etc.
- Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing by the original registrant (a $100 SUBSTITUTION FEE APPLIES). If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the ICCE at the earliest opportunity (Substitutions will be not accepted if you have already obtained a Letter of Invitation).
- The Organizers reserve the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the Exhibition.

In the unlikely event this conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organization, the ICCE organisers do not accepts responsibility for travel and/or accommodation fees incurred due to cancellation. Therefore it is recommended that you arrange for the appropriate travel insurance coverage.
Letter of Invitation
Letters of Invitation can
only be sent to individuals who have already registered for the
Conference. However this does not imply any financial support towards
expenses for attending the congress, such as registration, travel and
hotel accommodation.
How to obtain a letter of invitation
- Complete your registration.
- Upon Registration you will receive an email confirming your registration and your registration confirmation # .

Send an email to ICCE2023@iaemm.com with your registration confirmation#, full name (as appears on your passport) and address
- ICEE will email you your letter of invitation immediately upon receipt of your email
Please note that under no
circumstances can an invitation letter be issued for those who have not
paid their registration fees in full.
